Sara Valentina Talat is the CEO & Co-founder of Briick.com, an AI-powered property maintenance marketplace for real estate agencies. 
Prior to Briick.com, Sara worked for over 15 years as a marketing automation and CRM strategist across both corporate and startup environments. She specialised in designing and optimising impactful customer engagement programs. As she says, “There’s a lot of truth in the idea that nothing is more powerful than your own customers promoting your products and services.”  
Sara has been a property investor, an architect, a landlord, a homeowner, a tenant, and an Airbnb Superhost, so she knows firsthand how painful it is when tradies are unreliable and repairs drag on. Briick.com pioneers a new standard for marketplaces, using AI to automate the entire workflow from maintenance request to completion, and ensuring tradies comply with licensing and insurance requirements. This guarantees prompt, reliable maintenance for tenants while delivering stress-free compliance for landlords.  
  
Originally, the marketplace launched last year with a broad concept. It quickly pivoted when users showed them exactly where the real opportunity was. Before even launching the new MVP, they hit some serious traction: they locked in 5 agencies on a waiting list and built a pipeline of over 450 quality tradies across Sydney and Melbourne. Sara’s all about resilience, grit, adaptability, and relentless user feedback when it comes to building a startup. Her advice? Be obsessed with solving the problem your users need you to solve.
