Kevin Love is a highly experienced Digital & Strategy IT Professional with over 30 years of experience across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Regional Asia based businesses. His career spans a wide range of roles, from developer and solution architect to project manager, across diverse industries including insurance, pensions, commodities trading, airlines, and retail. 
  
His expertise includes leading large teams (200+ staff) across multiple geographies and cultures, building strong relationships with business stakeholders, and developing, syndicating, and executing technology strategies and leading Agile transformations within technology. 
  
Key Achievements & Industry Impact
Co-founding Pathways Digital: Most recently, Kevin co-founded Pathways Digital, a startup providing a secure workflow, data room, and team collaboration solution to bring contract visibility and certainty to businesses. 
  
Kmart Group: As GM Product Technology, he headed the technology team from product concept to shelf, migrating legacy systems to the cloud and leading the transformation of Product technology to Agile ways of working. 
  
Manulife Insurance Hong Kong: Kevin established an IT Strategy aligned with the Customer Experience Transformation business strategy, led technology modernization, led technology teams, drove agile adoption. 
  
AXA Asia Insurance: In his role as Regional Business Partner (internal consultant), he developed and aligned the annual Regional business and digital tech strategy across 8 countries. He also designed and hosted an innovation tour for senior execs to San Francisco and secured approval for a 130M Euro tech investment case.  
  
Innovation & Learning Culture
Kevin is a strong advocate for a learning and innovation culture, establishing an innovation team comprised of university graduates and seasoned technologists. This team experimented with and incubated chatbots, blockchain, AI and physical robot concepts, some of which made it into production.
