Cheryl is a seasoned executive advisor, strategist, and transformation leader with a career spanning over two decades across Australia, Asia, the UK and Europe. She is known for helping organisations — from global enterprises to fast-growing scale-ups — navigate complexity, embrace innovation, and design future-ready strategies. 
 
With a background that includes senior leadership roles at Cathay Pacific, Thomas Cook, Sensis, and most recently as Chief Product and Commercial Officer at Red Marble AI, Cheryl has led multi-million dollar technology and AI programmes, built high-performing teams, and brought award-winning digital products to market. 
 
She has served on several boards, including Chargefox and Shebah, and was a member of the Australian Government’s Federal AI Committee, advising on national investment in emerging technology.
