The program attracts mentees with a wide range of experience – from new graduates to experienced C-Suite leaders and therefore, we look for mentors with a range of experience so we can match a mentor with the appropriate level of experience to each mentee.
We also look for mentors with enough availability to support mentees throughout the program (at least 1-2 hours a month).

We offer online events in conjunction with in-person events as COVID has shown us that you don’t have to be in the same room as someone to build a relationship with them.

Sometimes circumstances change, please contact us as soon as you can at mentoring@vicictforwomen.com.au so we can assist you.
Sometimes a pairing cannot continue, and a Mentor or Mentee may need to conclude the relationship earlier than anticipated. This may be unavoidable due to changes in employment conditions or roles, or if either or both of you are no longer benefiting from the relationship. In the case of the termination or if your Mentee / Mentor has been unresponsive after multiple attempts, please let us know as soon as possible at mentoring@vicictforwomen.com.au.
Attendance at the kick-off event is optional. It’s a great opportunity to find out more about the program and to meet other mentees/mentors but there will be other opportunities to do so throughout the program.
